C/01 · RECEIVING & CHECK-IN

Booked into stock
the same day.

'I sent 20 units, they booked in 0.' Slow, unrecorded receiving makes stock vanish before it even reaches the shelf.

Receiving & check-inincluded

We receive boxes and pallets, check them against the delivery note or ASN and book them into stock the same day, logging any discrepancy. Standard check-in of boxes and pallets: included. Unloading a non-palletised container: €18/h.

RFID at intake · check against delivery note/ASN · priority receiving for new batches

Extended quality controlfrom €0.20/item

Unit counting, visual inspection and a photographic report of the batch — you know what arrived from your supplier before your customer sees it. By sampling (10%), from €0.10 per item inspected.

full or sample counting · photographic record · discrepancy report in the portal

C/02 · STORAGE

Your home stops being
your warehouse.

'I didn't want my living room to be a warehouse.' The house and the garage have run out of room for stock.

Automated vertical storagefrom €4.50/mo

Automated vertical storage (VLM) for many small SKUs: high density, with every unit holding its own address. A 60×40×20 cm box from €4.50/mo — designed for cosmetics, supplements, costume jewellery and accessories.

goods-to-person VLM · unit-level addressing · RFID reading

Pallet storagefrom €14/mo

A pallet zone next to the automated picking loop, with no seasonal surcharges and none of the operational weight of running a building. Your bulky stock stays with us, not in a unit you rent yourself.

RFID control of positions · replenishment of the picking loop from the pallet

Batches, expiry & FEFOincluded

Every batch and expiry date visible in the portal; we ship what expires soonest first (FEFO). If a batch is recalled, we know every recipient. Included in the base rate — in the market, this is usually a paid extra.

batch/expiry at unit level via RFID · one-click batch hold

Overflow: seasonal & surplus stockfrom €14/pallet/mo

A second warehouse without opening a second warehouse: seasonal and surplus stock on pallets, flexible and with no long contracts — and, at peak, it's already next to the dispatch belt.

flexible pallet zone · VLM replenishment as sales dictate

C/03 · PICK, PACK & PACKAGING

Win back the hours
that burn on packing.

'I spend my days packing — and I'm not growing.' And even then, boxes arrive crushed, without enough fill.

Pick & pack — same-day dispatchfrom €1.90/order

RFID verification of the contents before the order is sealed. As a rule, orders received by 2 pm go out the same business day. Additional item +€0.35; bulky or heavy order (>5 kg) from €2.90.

goods-to-person VLM · RFID verification · sorter by destination · put-to-light (in progress)

Packaging & materialsfrom €0.25/order

Automated packing, fast and sized to the product — you don't pay for 'air'. The operation is included in pick & pack; materials appear as their own line on the invoice: mailer €0.25 · box S €0.45 · M €0.70 · L €0.95 (with standard fill).

automated packing · right-sizing · void-fill by SKU rules

Branded packagingfrom €0.30/order

Your box, your tissue paper, your inserts and your rules ('first order gets a card', 'VIP segment gets a sample') — executed automatically by the WMS, not 'remembered' by an operator. Insert €0.08/unit; gift wrap €1.30/order.

packing rules per order/segment in the WMS · manual stations for the finishing touch

Fragile-item protocolfrom €0.50/order

Per-SKU packing rules for glass, ceramics and liquids (double-boxing, reinforced fill), with the condition recorded at intake and at dispatch. We don't carry alcohol-based perfumery or ADR goods (no licence).

fragile rules per SKU in the WMS · RFID traceability of the unit

C/04 · SHIPPING

The carriers,
we handle.

'On my own, I've already lost a lot of money to the carrier.' Losses, unexpected fees and hours on the phone — always on the seller.

Domestic & international shippingat carrier rates (pass-through)

We use automatic carrier selection by weight and destination. Portugal and Spain, as a rule, in 1–2 business days. Shipping is billed at carrier rates, with no hidden margin — and the incidents (losses, fees) we handle ourselves.

Carriers we work with

multi-carrier · sorter by destination · in-house incident resolution

Customs & export documentationincluded (outside the EU)

Export documentation and customs declarations are our routine — shipments outside the EU don't become your second job. Duties and customs charges pass through at cost.

THE QUESTIONS WE ALWAYS GET

Straight answers.

The most common objections to fulfilment — and how we close them with mechanics, not promises.

OBJECTION 01

It's more expensive than doing it myself — and then there are lines on the invoice no one explains.

Billing comes from the same operational events, and every line traces back to the portal. Materials, returns, all in the open — no extra operation without written approval, with no 'surprises' at month-end.

→ Line-by-line invoice in the portal · SVC-25

OBJECTION 02

3PLs don't want small clients, and only hours in do they reveal the monthly minimum.

No minimum volume, no minimum monthly fee, no MOQ. You pay for what you store and what you ship — and the exit terms are public from day one.

→ No minimums · no lock-in

OBJECTION 03

They refuse to return my stock unless I pay exit fees — I'm held hostage.

On our side there is no exit fee. We receive your stock from your current 3PL, checked against their dispatch data, and start in parallel without pausing your sales.

→ Managed migration · SVC-20

OBJECTION 04

And who pays for their mistakes? They lost the goods and the compensation was €5.

Service and liability terms for loss or error set out in writing in the proposal, with proof per unit: photographic records at receiving and on every return, RFID traceability of who touched what. The terms stand on data.

→ Insurance + SLA · SVC-19 / QC · SVC-12

OBJECTION 05

Sales promise everything; then, in operations, the small client is last in the queue.

A named account manager who can see the warehouse, and a direct channel (Slack/WhatsApp) during business hours — included for every client, not just the big ones.

→ Named account manager · SVC-21

OBJECTION 06

No one will look after my brand the way I do.

The packaging stays yours: your box, your rules by segment, executed automatically by the WMS. We do the packing — the brand stays yours.

→ Branded packaging · SVC-10

C/05 · RETURNS

Every return
at a fixed price.

'€5 + VAT for every customer return. When the margin is thin, it's lethal.'

Returns — inspection & restockingfrom €1.20/return

A returns address in Portugal. Every return is identified, inspected with a photographic record and restocked the same day — by your rules, at a fixed price.

RFID identification of the return · photographic record of the condition · same-day restock into the VLM

Returns-plus: grading & repackagingfrom €1.90/return

Inspection and grading A/B/C (restock / repackaging / write-off) and repackaging for resale (from €0.50/unit). For returns networks and marketplace sellers: a white-label node in Portugal with reporting over API.

A/B/C grading in the portal · repackaging at a manual station · reporting over API

C/06 · B2B & SPECIAL SERVICES

Wholesale and niches,
from the same stock.

'Those orders don't even take that long, but the 3PL charges a fortune for them.'

Kitting, bundles & subscription boxesfrom €0.40/bundle

We assemble taster sets, gift packs, subscription boxes and promotional bundles — the very things the average 3PL charges a steep premium for or turns away. A bundle of up to 3 components from €0.40 (+€0.12 per additional component); complex projects by the hour.

assembly next to the VLM · RFID control of the kit contents · kit counted as an SKU in the WMS

FBA & marketplace prepfrom €0.45/unit

FNSKU labels, polybag, bundles and dispatch to the Amazon FC (incl. Illescas), drip-fed to your restock limits — while the bulk of your stock stays with us and sells through other channels.

label printing and control · RFID link batch→box→shipment · buffer in the VLM

Relabelling & marking (EAN/SSCC/FNSKU)€0.15/item

We bring the item into line with the channel — EAN/SSCC for retail networks, FNSKU for Amazon — or relabel when you switch supplier or country. Minimum €12 per batch.

on-site printing · RFID link old↔new identifier · item-by-item operation

Retail & B2B replenishmentfrom €0.90/box

Retail-network replenishment and wholesale orders from the same stock as your D2C: boxes and pallets, delivery notes and packing lists to each network's spec. Priced by box or by pallet — not by order. Palletising €7.50/pallet; EDI documents included.

picking by box and by unit · palletising with RFID control · EDI (DESADV/INVOIC/ORDERS) by our team

C/07 · INTEGRATIONS & PORTAL

The WMS and the store,
in the same hands.

'Shopify blames the 3PL, the 3PL blames Shopify — and no one fixes it.'

Our IT team goes beyond the WMS, building tailored dashboards and automations, including flows outside the warehouse. Explore our technology layer →

Standard store & marketplace integrations€0

Your store connects in 2–3 days, with no setup fee; orders, statuses and tracking start moving on their own. An in-house WMS with an open API and an in-house IT team — the WMS and the integration stay in the same hands.

Integrations we work with

in-house WMS · open API · store and marketplace connectors

Custom integrations (ERP/WMS/API)quoted case by case

We write the integration for YOUR ERP/WMS or in-house system in days, not months. Standard integration: €0. Development beyond the standard scope: quote approved before work. You don't have to rebuild your processes around our software.

in-house IT team · webhooks per event (order, shipment, return, discrepancy)

Real-time client portalincluded

Stock, movements, orders, returns and billing in real time — the same data our team uses in the warehouse. Billing is calculated from the same operational events: nothing to drift apart, no 'surprises' at month-end.

in-house WMS portal · per-unit history via RFID · billing from operational events

Multichannel stock syncincluded

Sell on one channel and stock updates immediately across the rest and across B2B reservations; safety stock per channel, the end of 'phantom' stock and of apologising for cancellations.

single source of stock in the WMS · two-way sync · RFID accuracy as the basis for the sync

C/08 · SERVICE, GUARANTEES & MIGRATION

A human with a name
and proof per unit.

'They lost goods worth hundreds of euros. Under their policy, the compensation was €5.'

Stock insurance & SLA conditions — set out in the proposalon request

Service and liability terms for loss or error are set out in writing in the proposal — not '€5 of goodwill' — alongside stock insurance. Photos and per-unit traceability are the basis for any claim: the terms stand on data, not promises.

proof per unit via RFID (who, when, where) · photographic records of receiving and returns

Managed migration from another 3PL€0

We receive your stock from your current 3PL: checked against their dispatch data (we catch the shortfall), priority receiving and a parallel start, without pausing your sales. On our side there's no exit fee and no paid '30-day goodbye'.

dedicated receiving window · RFID inventory of the received stock · discrepancy report

Named account manager & direct line to the warehouseincluded

An account manager with a name, who can see the warehouse, and a Slack/WhatsApp channel answered during business hours — as part of the service, not as a 'premium option'.

a lean operations team · incidents with statuses in the portal

WHO WE'RE NOT FOR

When it's better
not to go ahead.

We'd rather tell you upfront. As a rule, these profiles end up more expensive or worse served with us — and when that's the case, we'll say so plainly.

01

Very low volume with simple shipments

Below ~100 orders/month with simple shipments of a few SKUs, doing it in-house usually pays off. With kitting, multiple channels or peaks, the maths changes — tell us your case and we'll answer honestly.

02

Item-by-item customisation at the core

If every unit needs deep, hand-made personalisation or assembly, it doesn't fit our automated line. Kitting and bundles, yes; engraving or customising each piece, no.

03

Hand-crafted luxury unboxing

If a hand-finished premium unboxing is the heart of the brand, it may still be early for a 3PL — and we'll say so honestly.

04

Very thin margins

With thin margins, fulfilment rates weigh too heavily. We'll help you run the numbers before you commit, no pressure.

05

100% wholesale, everything on pallets

If you're pure wholesale moving pallets, the order-by-order logic doesn't fit. Mixed D2C + B2B, now that's our ground.

06

Furniture and bulky goods with scheduled delivery

We don't handle furniture or appliances that need a specialist operator, on-site assembly or a booked delivery slot with the customer.

07

Alcohol-based perfumery and ADR goods

Without an ADR licence, we don't handle alcohol-based perfumery or dangerous goods.
