How much does fulfilment cost?
The price depends on your volume, number of SKUs and required operations. We send a detailed proposal within 24 hours, with no monthly minimums.
Is there a minimum volume or minimum monthly fee?
No. We don't require any minimum volume, minimum monthly fee or lock-in period. You pay only for what you use: storage and orders shipped.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, marketplaces and ERPs — through our own WMS with an open API. Standard integration is handled by our in-house IT team, usually within a few days, at no cost. We also build custom automations beyond the warehouse, including billing, customer notifications, catalogue synchronisation and internal tools. These automations are quoted case by case.
How quickly do you ship orders?
As a rule, orders received by 2 pm are dispatched the same business day. During seasonal peaks, warehouse automation keeps the pace steady.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the carrier and destination: as a rule, mainland Portugal in 1–2 business days, Spain in 1–2, the rest of Europe in 2–5. For destinations outside the EU, we handle the customs paperwork.
How do I send my stock to the warehouse?
By carrier or your own transport, in boxes or on pallets. We send labelling instructions and a receiving guide; we book the stock in on the day it arrives.
How do returns work?
We provide a returns address in Portugal, inspect each item, record it photographically and restock it or re-ship it, according to your rules.
What kinds of products do you accept?
Small and medium items with many SKUs: cosmetics, supplements, costume and fine jewellery, fashion and accessories, small electronics, home and lifestyle. Other cases — talk to us.
How do I track my stock and orders?
In our WMS portal you see stock, orders, shipments and returns in real time — the same data our team uses in the warehouse.
